75cl bottle at Pizza Fantasy, Ravenna, Italy. Pours fairly transparent gold with medium-high white foam (but glass was not cleaned). Aroma is grainy, also showing clearly the Saison yeasts. Body is average, like carbonation. Taste is scarcely sweet, medium bitterness, some sour. Finish is average.
