33cl bottle. A almost clear dark golden beer with a white head. Aroma of typical belgian yeast, sweet pale malt, straw. Taste of yeasty pale malt, straw, hints of banana, herbs, belgian yeast.

Bottle: Cloudy, “golden”, huge and slowly collapsing loose white head, mild to moderate bitter-sweet herbal-peppery nose with a - sigh - phenolic background; mild to moderate - as well - bitter-sweet flavour with a slight acidity underneath, soft nevertheless and light bodied; slightly lingering peppery-hoppy finish with some balancing pale malt. Not earth-shaking, but quite O.K....

Hefig herber, weich getreidig kräutriger Beginn. Sofort bitterer werdend, süffig, moderat würzig. Hopfig-bitter Mittelteil und Abgang, dabei weiterhin hefig. Nett. 9/11/10/10//11

Heller, mild herb-metallerner Beginn. Geringe Würzigkeit, einen Ticken bitter, zunehmende Intensität. Trocken herber Mittelteil, langer Nachgeschmack, in dem wenig Hopfen hervorlugt. 10/7/8/8//8

Trockener, leicht alkoholisch hefiger Beginn. Geringe Süße, trocken kräutrig und deutlich herb im Mittelteil, im Anschluss bitterer werdend. Süffig, trocken bitter im Abgang. Nette Bitterkeit, insgesamt aber schnell vergessen. 11/10/9/9/11/9
