Draft. Banana, clove, and chocolate malt aroma. Brown with moderate head. Sweet banana, clove, and chocolate toffee malt flavor. Nice body. Very solid.

Draft. Vinous barley malt and alcohol aroma. Chestnut with small head. Woody sweet wine/cherry malt and light alcohol flavor. Very tasty.

Bottle. Pale pour with thin white head. Light hop grass aroma. Thin flavor, there is no adjunct in this but it tastes like extract is used. Non satisfying finish.

Bottle: Pours bubbly, brassy gold with a short, off-white head. Aroma is peppery spruce, light fruit. Fruity, grassy flavour.... nice even bittering. A good session beer for the style... Pretty good stuff.

Sampled at GABF 2013. Pours near black with a small tan head. Aroma of vanilla, chocolate and fudge. Flavour is over moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Clear, rich gold with a frothy white head. Corn, sweet grain aroma. Honey malt, soft, light....grain/bread taste. Not spectacular, but ok. Rather weak, though.

Draft at GABF. Not sure why this is retired. It was poured yesterday. Pours dark brown with tan head. Nose and taste of spicy pepper, chocolate, roasted black malt and vegetal pepper. Medium body.
