Bottle. Vegetal and grainy malt aroma. Slightly hazy light copper with a moderate ivory head. Vegetal caramel malt and light herbal/spicy bitter flavor. Medium body. I just wasn’t digging this one.

Bottle pour into shaker. Dark, hazy amber. Not real hoppy, but has a nice malt touch; bitter aftertaste. Overall a nice IPA, but I didnt take away anything to distinguish if from the many other nice IPAs.

Bottle. Nutty chocolate malt aroma. Dark chestnut brown with moderate tan head. Slightly sweet chocolate malt flavor with a lightly bitter herbal hops finish. Nice body. An excellent dunkel.

Bottle. Black bread and chocolate malt and prune aroma. Chestnut with a small, quickly dissipating tan head. Dark bread, sweet chocolate malt, and prune flavor. Smooth medium body. I really loved the chewy dark bread flavor going on in this one, and found it going down far too easily. This is one I could drink a little too much of if I wasn’t careful.

This brew is a dark brown color with a medium tan head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of roasted malt and chocolate. Light-bodied with a sweet chocolate flavor and notes of coffee and mild hops. The finish is roasty with a short chocolate malt aftertaste. Pretty average overall.

Bottled as "Original Lager". This beer pours a clear golden color with a medium thin and fizzy white head that burns away steadily. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of bready malt and mild hops. Light body with flavors of sweet malt and grassy hops. The finish is short and mildy bitter with a hoppy aftertaste. Average overall.

This brew is a slightly cloudy amber color with a medium off-white head that dissipates slowly. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Citrus, hops and malt in the nose. Medium body with a moderately bitter hops character and notes of fruit and sweet malt in the background. The finish is short and hoppy. Slightly above average overall.

smell is quite grassy and sweet from a bottle. look is cloudy iced tea brown. taste is at first a little medicinal, then there is this cloying effect. gets a little easier to take as the session continues but i’m nagged by the sweet rudeness of this brew. some fine co2 on the palate. now as i am near the end of the bottle there is this whiskey thing in there, almost like somebody put some cheap shit in there. difficult at times, not very refined on the finish, medicine.

Bottle. Beer of the month club. Clear brown with only a tiny bit of beige foam. Nice malty caramelly aroma with nuts and notes of toast and chocolate. Sweet caramelly malt flavor with some toastiness and a slightly drier finish with a bit of roastiness and light herbal hints. Medium-bodied. Not bad.
