Can: Hazy yellow with a giant, soap-foam white head. Taste is very citrusy.....lemon, orange, wheat malt, grapefruit. Grows a bit bitter at the end...orange-peel, floral hops. Very nice.

22 oz. bottle, thanks to Chalumeaux. Aroma is large amounts of pine, mild chocolate, resin.

Flavor has weak dry roast, hints of chocolate with a long lingering pine resin finish. Body is about medium with a dry texture. Pretty much exactly as you would expect from the style. Unlike ClarkVV, I like that Greg Noonan created the style. Tasty to me.

Bomber from TJ, undated, drunk 7/24/16.
Dark mahogany body is clear with a small, beige head showing low retention.
Smells like a c-hop and dark malt beer....what is up with this god damned style. Hmmm, how can we disrupt the hoppiness and add a bunch of specialty malt character to our hoppy beer? Screw you, Greg Noonan.

This brew is a dark brownish-amber color with a medium light beige head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of roast malt, caramel and dark fruit. Light-bodied with a sweet caramel malt character, with a bit of fruit and floral hops in the background. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Bottle. Sour milk, plum, malt, and straw aroma. Murky purple yellow with minimal head. Moderately sweet plum, cinnamon, nutmeg, malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Okay body. Could have done without the spice.

Bottle: Pours a cloudy, milky-white-tallow-orange.....small off-white head. Not a good looking beer.... Peach and plum aroma. Tart plum, wheat malt, citrus taste.... A little harsh in acidity. Not really a fan of this one.
