12 oz tulip draft at Rosamunde Sausage Grill in Downtown Oakland, California. The pour is a hazed orange light ruby with minimal white head. The aroma is tart citrus, light floral and not much else. The taste is big bright tart fruit citrus, floral behind the sour and some acidity that lingers a bit. The palate is medium to light bodied with soft natural carbonation and the tart sour finish that lingers and turns a touch unpleasant. Interesting.

Clearly an underrated sour according to ratebeer. My 10oz at foxhouse SF couldn't be a more perfect example of an american sour.
