Tap. Pours clear deep cabernet purple, small light purple head, dissipates with decent lacing. Aroma is quite vinous, red wine, grape juice, paint thinner, light tart lemon. Flavor starts sweet but dries out, quite acetic, finish is quite medicinal, a bit like grape cough syrup with a touch of sweat sock. Unique for sure. Medium body.

Tap. Pours clear reddish amber, medium creamy tan head, nice lacing. Aroma is light caramel, nutty, biscuit, faint citrus. Flavor follows, light sweet, a bit citrus fruity, light bitter, perhaps pine. Lingering bitter finish Medium body, creamy mouthfeel. Interesting.

Nitro Tap. Pours deep ruby black with a medium supper creamy brown head, lasts forever and laces well. Aroma is light roasty coffee. Flavor is medium sweet, notes of cocoa and coffee, roasty. Light bitterness growing to the finish. Medium body, silky mouthfeel. Got a little acidic and, well, off as I drank more.

Tap. Pours murky mahogany, medium creamy tan head, dissipates slowly, great lacing. Aroma is roasted malts, slightly smoky, toffee, black bread. Flavor is about the same, lightly smoky, bready, light sweet, not much bitterness. Not a bad beer.

12oz can, brought to me by a co-worker who frequents Colorado. Poured a dark fizzy yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was some light chile notes, smells like other chile beers. Flavor is roasted and smoked pepper, but thereβs no heat at all in this one. Quite flavorful and enjoyable for people who like chilies and beer.

Tap - dark purple pour - smells strongly of balsamic vinegar (acetic acid, oak, grape skin), mustiness - honestly smells more like salad dressing than a beer - flavor is a bit better, sort of - there is an initial kick of flavors that are much like the sweet/acidic one-two bunch of an aged balsamic - this is followed by some sweet grape juice, sour grape skins - finish is strong acetic acid - ick - I would rather pour this over bitter greens than drink it.

Draft - listed as a 6.8% sour ale, but with the same name, so I am entering my rating here - turbid straw - nose is a mix of peach, white grape, light acetic acid, light oak, moderate funkiness - medium body - texture/body is a little thin/flabby - medium dry flavors of white wine, oak, melon rind, a mild acetic presence, moderate sourness, background cheesy funk - finish is a little thin - overall, though, another decent attempt at a wild or sour beer from this brewery.
