(cask) Fox-amber, clear; slim yellowish head, rather stable. Nose with English hops (even when Cascade is really used), dry-hopped style, touch of diacetyl. Taste is rather mild-sweet; buttery flavour, not diacetyl-like; palate is slightly bitter. Touch of caramel. Thinnish texture. very little bitterness left in the aftertaste, something sticky rather. Many want to emulate Fullers, few can.

Light amber colour with a thin white head. Served at cellar temperature. A pleasant english hop aroma comes from the beer. In addition to the hops, there is a bit of sweetness. The taste is almost purely of malt and english hops. Once again this is a tiny bit watery, but not as much as the others. Aftertaste is a subtle malt with prominent english hops. This was most closely related to a bitter, but possibly could be considered an EPA, but definately not an IPA! Overall, better than the average bitter, and one of my favourites from the brewpub. I had this on tap at the brewpub in Denver, Colorado on 12-August-2003.

Dark amber colour with ruby highlights. Thin tan head. Very strong rosemary smell with hints of peppercorn. Very strong rosemary taste with subtle hops and malt. A very interesting and innovative beer. The aftertaste is a bit watery, but not bad considering the strength of the other flavours. If you goto the brewpub, this one is a must-try! Overall, a very neat beer, which was one of my favourites from the evening! I had this on tap at the brewpub in Denver, Colorado on 12-August-2003.

Dark amber colour with a thin tan head. The aroma is sweet and very malty. Thin-bodied; The only taste from this is a very strong maltiness, which lingers in the palate as well. A bit too watery for my liking, but pretty decent overall. Fairly average for the style even though it isn't one of my favourites. I had this on tap at the brewpub in Denver, Colorado on 12-August-2003.

Hazy golden colour with absolutely no head. Served with a lemon alongside; very yeastie aroma with a bit of banana thrown in. Wheatie taste, with fairly good banana and clove tastes. Breadie aftertaste with noticeable sweetness and a banana-y taste. Somewhat like a 'mini-tripel'. Overall, better than the average unfiltered wheat, and especially good for an American! One of my favourites from my trip to the brewpub! I had this on tap at the brewpub in Denver, Colorado on 12-August-2003.

Golden colour with no head and tiny bubbles rising from the bottom and sides of the glass. The first thing noticeable in the aroma is fresh anaheim chilies. In addition to the strong chili aroma is a subtle hop smell. The taste is light-bodied; Subtle chili flavour and a very mellow maltiness define this beer. This one could be classified as a light beer, but it had a pretty nice body for the summer. This was very different from the Cave Creek Chili Beer, but in a much better way! Fun to try, and very happy to have that experience. Worth a shot if you are in Denver! Overall, better than the Cave Creek, but most of you guys will probably still hate it! I had this on tap at the brewpub in Denver, Colorado on 12-August-2003.

A very nice look to this beer: dark-red, burgundy in colour and opaque! No head at all, but still great looking. Subtle raspberry aroma leaves you waiting to take the first sip. Subtle raspberry taste with some malt background. Fairly watery, not too great...but interesting. Not too comparable to the framboise lambics, so don't expect one! Worth a try if you come out to the brewpub, though. Overall this is below average for the style. I had this on tap at the brewpub in Denver, Colorado on 12-August-2003.

Amber colour with a thin off-white head. Short cherry aroma mixed with plentiful malt. The taste is filled with very subtle cherry esters and a small amount of malt. Almost no aftertaste, but what is tasted is vinegar. Overall this one is not good and isn't reccomended at all. Too watery in the taste and too vinegary in the aroma and palate! I had this on tap at the brewpub in Denver, Colorado on 12-August-2003.

Very dark brown colour with a good tan head. Dark roasty malt in the aroma with fairly good coffee esters. Served at cellar temperature. Good roasty flavour with coffee and chocolate tastes. The taste was a bit watery, but it could have been much worse. Overall, pretty average for the style, nothing special and nothing wrong. I had this on tap at the brewpub in Denver, Colorado on 12-August-2003.

Dark colour with red highlights when held up to a light; A slight tan head covers the beer nicely. Sweet maltiness in the aroma...pretty nice. Very watery taste; light-bodied. Some good english malt & hop taste, but way too thin and watery. Overall, the aroma and appearance made the beer out to be much better than it really was. It's too bad, this is usually one of my favourite styles. And overall, this is pretty bad for the style. If you go to the brewpub, pass this one up!
