Opaque black, creamy mocha head. The aroma is sweet and luscious, pastry, sweet chocolate fondant, chocolate syrups, vanilla, coffee - no raw or earthy but rather blending into the dark chocolate. Similar flavour luscious dark sweet bitterness, smooth - no sharp roasty, hoppy or flavouring-related edges, enough alcohol and bitterness and more than enough body. A nice desert style yet balanced stout.
