Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso la fragola. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido offre una visione offuscata. Il colore è rosato carico. Il corpo è rotondo. Il dolce è medio. L'amaro è poco presente e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è normale e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, frumento, agrumi, pompelmo rosa e arancia rossa.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dallo speziato. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona presenza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta cristallino. Bollicine medio fini costituiscono anche la forma della frizzantezza, con carbonazione frizzante, allegra, vivace, persistente ed insistita. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, frutta secca, agrumi, mandarino, erbe aromatiche, spezie e frutta passita.

Small if resistant yellowish head over orangey-golden beer. Some alcohol indeed, some fruity esters and herbs, oats, other grains, wholemeal bread. Cognac, and (wholemeal) bread, unsugared breakfast cereals. Medium bodied, quite slick, good carbonation. Not very remarkable. Txs to Stef!

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque dark brown with a solid, light brown head. Tart, berry-like aroma with overripe fruit. Solid body, slight roast, overripe fruit and again a slight tartness with a woody edge and a touch of rum. Slight bitterness. Unusual. 090523
