Bottle, 75cl. A clear, golden cider, still. The aroma has lots of sweet apples, baked apples I think, and with a touch of spicyness. The flavor has mostly apples, but there’s also something reminiscent of apple tart. Quite dry compared to what expected from the aroma. Meidum body, semi-dry. A quite pleasant cider, but nothing extraordinary. 120218
