Description
An idea well fermented since 2014. While we brewed our first beer for pleasure, a challenge finally sprouted: to get started! And the wolves out of the woods! After fine-tuning our recipes, we created the Brasserie La LoupBar in July 2019 following brewing training.
Why this little wolf? A nod to our village and its woods. Indeed the "Wolves of Moyon" are well known in our region of Manch and have existed for a hundred years around their sports teams and associations. How about a beer ?!

Bottle. Color: Hazy orange amber, frothy white head. Aroma: Wheat malt, yeasty. Taste: Wheat malt, yeasty, light hints of banana and stone fruit. Pretty dense mouthfeel. Just above medium body, below average carbonation. Moderate sweet and over moderate bitterness, going to over medium bitterness with orange peel at finish. Nice bitery one.
