On tap at Republic. Pours a near clear amber orange with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is slightly sweet with caramel backed by citrus hops. Flavor is quite sweet with grains and caramel with an earthy citrus note underlying.

Harriet One Year Anniversary Party, January 27, 2012, Blue Nile Restaurant. Nearly still, without carbonation. Brown color, and a thick, heavy beer. Flavor has sweet malt and Belgian yeast. Light tea in the aroma. It is good, but I would like the tea character to be stronger.

Harriet One Year Anniversary Party, January 27, 2012, Blue Nile Restaurant. Opaque yellow, and a tall white head. It looks like a witbier. Orange and coriander in the aroma. Flavor has more citrus, as well as spice. It is very much like a wit.

Harriet One Year Anniversary Party, January 27, 2012, Blue Nile Restaurant. Dark brown and low carbonation. Red meat, caramel, and sugar. It has a rich and heavy palate. This is a very good doppelbock, maybe the best out of any Minnesota brewery.

Sampled from a fresh growler, from Brad I think. This hefeweizen has a big banana aroma, and the clove is there. Opaque orange appearance, but no visible sediment in my glass. Good, full palate. Sweet flavor with more banana. A solid weizen.

Belgian yeast aroma. There is not much of a saison character, but more of a Belgian ale. Gold color, heavily carbonated. Very light floral quality. Good flavor, but I would like more complexity.

My first beer from Harriet, shared from a growler at the Skyview tasting. We were not sure what the name of the beer was or even the style. I called it a tripel. Copper color. Sweet with candi sugar and characteristic sweetness and yeast of a tripel. Slightly herbal finish.
