Draft in Carlsbad. Pour clear and light gold with moderate white head. Flavors and aroma of citrus and stone fruit. Slight bitterness.

On tap in Carlsbad. Pours slightly hazed and orange/garnet with small off-white head. Aroma is biscuit and dried fruit. Flavor was very gritty and chalky, and took away from the other aspects of the beer.

On tap at the San Diego Zoo. Pours a near clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has citrus and light pine with a bit of sweet grains coming through. Flavor is similar with citrus, a decent amount of pine and a sweet grain backbone.

On tap at the San Diego Zoo. Pours a clear amber red with a tan head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has some sweet grains with a strong bread note and a hint of caramel underlying. Flavor has lots of bread with a bit of caramel and sweet grains backing.
