The flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter, with a crisp, sweet toffee vanilla, mineral palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. This one is all about the vanilla. The aroma is malt, light citrus fruit, some hints of toffee, light floral hop. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a malt, boiled sweet fruit, woody floral hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. The IBU is allegedly 50, but I’ve had beers here today with a lower IBU that were more bitter than this.
