Bottle @ Odense Tasting, June 2011. Pours amber with a small creamy white head on top. Sweet nose and flavor with notes of caramel, fruit and grain. A bit of toffee. Smooth and medium bodied.

Bottle from the brauhaus.
Blond color. The aroma is mild but strange; it comes in waves: honey, malt, vegetables, straws, hay. Poor flavor, corn and vegetables, with medium-low bitterness. Extremely boring.

Hazy deep blond color. Light malt in the aroma, also light manure, very light cereals. The flavor is lightly malty, above the average bottled beer; correct bitterness. Simple, not bad.

Draught at the Brauhaus
Dark brown color; creamy head. The aroma is light, some roasted malt. The body is correctly built; there is a pleasant flavor of roasted malts, some caramel, light residual sugars. The final is a bit drier and dusty. Correct bitterness. Correctly brewed, as usual, but easy.

2011-02-11, draught at the Brauhaus, from fass, 6-5-6-3-12=32
Beautiful amber color; creamy head. The aroma is simple, a bit dusty, with cereals. The body is well built, with a round mouthfeel; caramel flavor with some sugars and a bit fruity; an impression of dusty cereals too; correct bitterness. Not my favorite.
2010-11-26, draught at Ølbaren, 5-5-6-2-11=29
Red amber color, hazy; compact head. Mild aroma, a bit cornyish. The body is a bit stronger than the average Lager, with some malt, some residual sugars, some cereals, but also some alcohol. Moderate, correct bitterness. Nothing special.

Bottle. It’s a clear, dark amber beer with a creamy, two-finger off-white to beige head. The aroma is fruity, roasted and with a touch of caramel. Decent hoppy touch. Some alcohol notes in the mouth, dry, warming and nicely carbonated. Roasted malts, caramel and dried fruits in the flavor, nice. Lasting roasted flavor with a touch of bitterness, at least it’s not unbalanced. A quite pleasant bock, tasteful and pleasant, and it was nice with some green pepper infused brie as a side dish. 110601

Bottle, danke an Bochum. Golden, many bubbles, white head. Aromatic bready aroma. Chewy entry, solid bready, light grain, good bitter hop-profile with staying power to balanace . Medium body, light carbonation bite. Crisp, moreish pilsnerlike, certainly one of Göllers better offerings.

11/12/11/8/12
