Bottled. Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is malts and hops. Flavour is hops and malts. Quite harsh hayish aftertaste, but then again wellbalanced while drinking. Some slight fruity notes make it refreshing.

Bügelverschlußflasche: Slightly amber coloured, medium-sized, quite firm off-white head; yeasty, fruity (bananas) nose with a touch of torrified wheat (almost smoked !); sweetish flavour, a bit oily, light to medium bodied; sweet-bready finish with a touch of toasted malt and some lemons and bananas. A unusual, but tasty Weizen.......

Bottle: Golden coloured, slightly hazy, firm, creamy head; sweetish fruity (bananas, lemon) nose with a touch of malt and a tinge of hops (!); sweet, slightly sourish flavour, light bodied, creamy MF; citrousy-sweetish finish, ending with a very faint tartness. A pleasant, refreshing Weizen.....

(Bottle 50 cl) Unclear amber golden with a tall and dense, off-white head. Aroma of yeast and banana. Medium-bodied with sweet banana notes and lots of yeast. Appears a little tired although being completely fresh. 081106

(On tap) Very pretty, clear orangey brown with a creamy, off-white head. Lovely, sweet and roasted malt aroma - a typical Bock nose. Full body with loads of roasted malt and some caramel that never gets overly sweet. Good hopping in the finish. An excellent and harmonious Bock. 081106

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours an almost clear amber golden with a creamy, off-white head. Distinct aroma of smoke - the fat baconish smoke. Medium body, lightly sweet notes of caramel malt but otherwise completely dominated by the smoked malts. A dry and hoppy finish. 081106

(On tap) Cloudy golden with an off-white head. Very classical and very distinct notes of yeast, citrus and banana. Medium body with a very smooth mouthfeel - actually a bit flat. Also the flavours are buzzing with fruit and yeast. 081106
