(bottle, bought at the brewery tap) Hazy amber colour with a big and stable off-white foamy head. Sweet toast-malty and nutty aroma with toffee and notes of cloves. Sweet flavour, light to medium body, well-carbonated mouthfeel. Toast-malty, slightly wheaty and a bit papery taste, yeasty but with a very shy fruitiness; slightly sweet malty finish with a touch of cloves. Rather unspectacular, average Dunkelweizen.

Bottle: Pale golden coloured, thin, lacing white head;; sweet-malty nose with a faint citrousy touch and a light cardboardy background; sweetish flavour with a delicate fruity touch, light bodied; citrousy, sweet-malty finish, nearly without any bitter edges. Anyway, a light, easily drinkable HELLES................

(swing top bottle, bought at the brewery tap) Clear golden colour with a foamy white medium head with lace. Moderately sweet malty aroma with hay, citrusy and herbal hops. Bitter flavour, light to medium body, rather soft carbonation with a silky mouthfeel. Soft and quite short malty, slightly grainy taste upfront with a dry and bitter hoppy bite that lingers into the finish. It proclaims itself as a Pilsener on the label, but has also attributes of a Landbier (smooth carbonation, rural character & being filtered), anyway a pretty decent beer.

Bitter flavour, light to medium body, well-carbonated mouthfeel. Moderately grainy, yeasty, slightly citrusy taste with balanced hops; dry and bitter, herbal hoppy finish.
