Our brewery is made up of two different brewhouses — a 5bbl (600L) production brewhouse from Premier Stainless, which is the heart of our operation, and an SS BrewTech 1bbl (120L) pilot system, which gives us a true nano setup to test our latest ideas and innovative notions.

Tap at 100 piv. Full bodied, medium carbonation. Nice balance of medium sweetness and medium roasty bitterness. Only a hint of astringency. Nice rich chocolatey maltiness, light coffee. Quite good.

Tap. Hungarian brewery no.30 Pours black with beige head. Dark chocolate and roasted malts on nose. Taste of dark chocolate. Roasted cocoa beans. Smooth. Bit sticky mouthfeel. Nice.

Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma, Moderat bitter nice coffee and chocolate flavor. Long great finish. Creamy palate.

Draught at Ruin Brew. Absolutely black. AROMA-very strong mint, chocolate, peppermint chocolate bonbons. FLAVOR- full, silky, slightly sweet, moderately bitter, cocoa nibs, chocolate, mint, touch of vanilla. Medium bodied. Great.

Draught at the brewpub. Simply black. AROMA- roasted malts, toffee, chocolate. FLAVOR- smooth and creamy, moderately sweet, lightly bitter, coffee, plums, dark grapes, black currant. Fuller bodied. Full, tasty, delicate.

Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy, pale amber colored. AROMA- full of fruit, tropical fruit, citrusy, apricot, peach, cake crumb. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately bitter, mix of fruit again, nice alcohol. Fuller bodied. Very good.

Draught at the brewpub. Very dark, opaque. AROMA- nice intensive coffee, roasted malts, chocolate, pralines. FLAVOR- moderately sweet, slightly bitter, touch of alcohol, coffee, black cherries, plums, black currant, pralines. Medium to fuller bodied. Really good.

Meteor - Triple Scotch Ale from Gravity Brewing

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy, copper colored. AROMA- jam, strawberry, cranberries, plum, cherry, dark grapes, povidla, pleasant alcohol, a bit floral and earthy. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, touch of sourness, a bit tart, touch of alcohol, smooth, very fruity again, earthy and floral. Fuller bodied. Really good.
