16oz can pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice grain bread malts and some grass. Taste is more of the nice grain notes with some grass hops.

Nice NEIPA, with soft notes of lemongrass, peach, grapefruit, and passion fruit, leading to a modest mineral bitterness on the finish. Tasty.

Dang chocolatey for a straight coffee stout, rare but I love it. Mad smooth and the coffee accents the base nicely instead of becoming the entire beer

On tap pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice sweet over ripe fruit and some tropical notes. Taste is more of the sweet over ripe citrus melons and tropical fruit.

Decent pils, a bit tame by most craft pilsner standards but drinkable. Gentle front offers up mild notes of sweet grain and apple, with undertones of lemon and a floral bitterness lingering into the finish. A little cracker shows up on the back end, with grain and yeast on the fade. Understated, but not bad.

Very juicy, lots of tropical fruit sweetness, with papaya and mango mixing with melon and a little white grape, plus some chive and yeast on the back end. A bit too aggressive and sweet, though; needs more bitterness and some sort if malt presence to offset the fruit. Not bad, but not my favorite type of IPA.

Very good Baltic Porter, rich and viscous with a deep vein of dark chocolate backed up by hints of roast and espresso. Slight fruity undertone comes through, then the vanilla combines with a dry bitterness on the back end to lead to a thick, layered fudgy fade. Delicious.

So much apricot and citrus. Very nice, on the sweet side, with a minor mineral bitterness and a honey sweet finish. Nice.
