Bottle 500ml.Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, sweet malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, roasted, sweet malt, wood notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130524]

Bottle, courtesy of MiP. Pours slightly cloudy dark copper brown with airy but stable beige head. Complex aroma of malt, caramel, hops, spice, and fruit. Roasted and hoppy onset, giving way to sweetish, malty and caramellish notes, ending dry and roasty. High carbonation. Not bad, just too smoky for a plain brown ale.

Bottle, 5.6%. Fruity, caramelly, and syrupy aroma. Hazy amber colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour is quite acidic. Has a little plasticky smoke in the finish. Wet rag aftertaste. Seems off, but I am not quite sure. Not undrinkable, but not so enjoyable either.

Bottle. Pours clear amber with airy light beige head. Clear aroma of malt and fruit. Roasty and bitter flavour of hops with sourish notes of coffee beans. Very mild finish. Not very smoky but OK.
