(33cl bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized, slowly lacing foamy white head. Grassy hoppy nose with traces of metal and lighter malty notes in the back. Bitter flavour, light bodied with a crispy carbonation. Papery malty and grassy hoppy taste; dry and moderately bitter finish with cardboard and grassy, light metallic hops. Poor brew (17.06.08).

Bottle:Pale golden, lively carbonation, mid-sized firm head; malty, but mainly dry-grassy (hop-extract ?) nose; light bodied, dryish bitter flavour; sweet malt shows up in the - surprise - otherwise dry bitter finish. Not really bad, but too uniforme........

Pour is a bright orange with a very small white head. Aroma is toasted caramel malts and a nice dark fruit character. Flavor is very earthy English style hop with a nice dose of strong dark malts followed by a plum aftertaste. Its not often that you get a new kellerbier in the area but i think that this one hits all the right spots to make this an above par offering.

50cl bottle. Pours pale hazy yellow with a creamy head & lacings. Nose & taste is so well balanced in this hefeweizen. Moderate & tasty - banana, yeast, wheat, mild coriander & citrus. Fresh & crisp. Light sweetness & good soft mouthfeel! Lovely!
