Browar Gwarek jest pierwszym browarem rzemieślniczym pochodzącym z Lubina – serca Zagłębia Miedziowego – naszego miasta rodzinnego. Nazwa browaru nawiązuje do regionu, gdzie Gwarkowie stanowią dużą część populacji :-), a także do legendarnej pijalni piwa, która przez lata była miejscem spotkań mieszkańców Lubina.

Ekipę browaru tworzy małżeństwo – Kamila i Michał. W 2016 roku zaczęliśmy interesować się piwowarstwem domowym, a po kilku miesiącach uwarzyliśmy pierwszą warkę w domowym zaciszu. Z biegiem czasu, piwo i piwowarstwo stało się dużą częścią naszego życia i bez wątpienia jedną z największych pasji. Po trzech latach eksperymentów, kilkudziesięciu warkach oraz wielu wzlotach i upadkach, postanowiliśmy przejść na „duże garnki”.

A wszystko po to, aby nasi bliżsi i dalsi Ziomkowie mogli przekonać się, że „POTRAFIMY W PIWO”….

Can. Color: Very hazy orange, off-white head. Aroma: Hoppy, orange, bubblegum notes. Taste: Mango, pineapple, some caramel. Hoppy, but quite sweet. Over moderate sweet, moderate to over moderate bitterness. A little bit bubblegum. Medium body, average carbonation. Ok, but lacking some hopbitterness for a West Coast in my opinion.

500ml can from Piwne Mosty.pl. Poured unclear golden in color. Eucalyptus and menthol aroma. Probably Talus doing its magic. OK flavorwise, juicy and somewhat sweet.

Solidny imperialny stout, wytrawny, oparty na tym co wyciągnięto z ciemnych słodów, dodatki tylko dopełniają nienachalnie całość, nic się szczególnie nie wysuwa, plus za cynamon dodany z głową i ukryty alk. Smaczne.

(Can, 0.5 l, at Arde, 20220305) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had coffee, coffee beans, bell peppers and burnt malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, coffee, ash, creamy notes and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt and bitter. A bit unbalanced brew. The flavours and scents were clean.

500ml can. From Piwne Mosty. Poured pitch black. Strong coffee aroma, like cold coffee. Roastedness and dry. Medium bodied. Pleasant.

Can at Ardes residence, Helsinki. Color is very dark brown with small brownish head. Aromas and flavors: Coffee, dryness, roasted malts... pretty massive dry coffee. Like drinking cold coffee...

Can. Hoppy fruity aroma and taste, pineapple, mango, other tropical fruit, light to medium sweet and bitter. Medium body, hoppy fruity bitter sweet finish. Ok.

W szkle bardzo ładnie się prezentuje. W nosie cytrusy przemieszane z żółtymi owocami. W smaku podobnie, z konkret goryczką. Fajne w stylu, dla hop head'ów.

0,5l can from Piwne Mosty online store. BBE 15.07.2022. Totally murky yellow beer with quite small but stable white head. Aroma has exotic fruits and hops and some pine. Flavor has exotic fruits, juicy notes, some pine and bitter notes lurking behind. Very nice and tasty.

0,5l can from Piwne Mosty online store. BBE 16.07.2022. Lighter yellow, bit hazy beer with quite small head. Aroma has fruits and soapy notes. Flavor has mango and citrus, some pear too. Not much bitter or dry at the end. Even bit watery. Decent.
