14/9/2024. Can courtesy of Reuben, huge thanks! Region #461. Japan prefecture 32/47. Pours thick, orange with a small frogspawn like yellow orange head. Aroma is orange, pineapple, mango, green plum, touch of passion fruit. Medium sweetness, light sour develops. Full bodied, thick, bitty, no carbonation. Not very beer like but as a smoothie this was delicious.

A weird one. Lots of apple cider vinegar, an odd wheat and peach note. It’s a bit all over the place, like a big collaboration where no one is in control. Dr, modestly tart, malty with tannins. Honestly don’t know what to make of this but not a fan of

light white golden color. Not much nose and the palate is light and deprived of much hop character though I can see the beer is well made. Odd one. Doesn’t do much for me

medium golden color. Nice nose of guava, lime and citrus notes. Dry palate with good hop character and nice biscuity maltiness. Firm bitterness. Excellent take on the style
