Draught. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. DArk amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter nice flavor. Long heavy bitter nice finish. Creamy palate. Nice beer.

Tap @ YNWA. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, notes of licorice, malt and hops.

On tap at KØ-2011.Deep golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is oak, smoked, malt, alcohol, hop. Flavour is oak, vanilla, alcohol, caramel, smoked, malt, hop. Strong and weird beer.

On tap at Ølfestival 2011. An almost black one, looking beautiful with its big, beige head. Roasted aroma with chocolate, coffee and some alcohol, really nice, but could maybe be a bit more complex. Roasted and chocolatey flavor too, with a nice bitterness chiming in towards the end. Both roasted-bitter and hop-bitter. Slightly warming and a bit thin body, finishing with a lovely mocha flavor and some alcohol warmth. Overall, really tasteful and dangerously easy drinking. 110526

On tap at Ølfestival 2011. An unclear, golden beer with a two-finger, creamy off-white head. Quite pleasant aroma with a sensible level of ginger. Some apricot and dusty cellar too. There’s a slight ginger burn on the palate, it’s full-bodied and smooth, with peppery hints, peaches and a little bitterness, as well as sweetness in the flavor. Sweet, fruity and lighlty peppery finish. A nice and easy drinkable beer. 110526

Draft @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2011. Pours a hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty weak smoky aroma. Sweetish malty smoky honey flavor with hints of caramel hints. Has a sweetish malty smoky finish.

Black with a brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, coffee and dark chocolate. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and roasted rather bitter finish with warming alcohol. Smooth and oily. 030911
