Cask at Cherry Reds, Birmingham. Hazy yellow gold, medium sized white head. This one was citrusy, zesty, light funk, tangy and bitter. Light to medium bodied. Good.

Tap at Cherry Reds, Birmingham. Hazy yellow-gold. Citrus and slightly dank hop aroma. Refreshing fairly light hazy pale with citrus and tropical notes, somewhat tangy but good balance. Enjoyable.

440ml can direct from brewery. Look - hazy orange-gold - small white bubbly head, good retention, lively looking carbonation. Aroma - big mango scent as soon as you open the can. Once poured its also grassy, citrusy, pale malt background. Taste - mango, mango and mangos but also sharper citrus is notable and lactose which I'd didn't pick up in the aroma. Its tangy and maybe slightly resinous but not overly sweet. Bitterness seems mild at first but then you get a sharp kick of it but it doesn't unbalance the beer. Palate - just shy of a moderate body but smooth with oats and lactose. Carbonation is soft on the palate but I think its a bit hidden as I was a burping fest drinking this. Its a fun beer and they haven't been shy with the ingredients. Good stuff.

440ml can ordered online from the brewery. Look - hazy orange-gold, big white airyated head but settles quickly to a nice top. Nose - juicy tropical notes with mango and passionfruit notable, some citrus, pale malts Taste - tropical mango like notes but quite earthy and herb like, quite bitter for the style. Tangy and bitter finish with a touch of pepper. Palate - medium body, fairly smooth, carbonation between soft and zingy. Its good stuff although the flavour goes slightly one-dimensional half way down. Maybe a touch too bitter which is dulling the flavours.

440ml can direct from the brewery. My 100th West Midland rate! Look - hazy pale orange, thin head but retention decent. Aroma - Yep the passionfruit and pineapple come through with lactose, some floral, fruity and bitter hops notable. Taste - this follows aroma but there is clearly a balance trying to made here between the tropical adjuncts and the hops so is not an in your face flavoured pale. Finish is an odd tangy and milky lactose with a rising bitterness. Fairly tasty overall. Palate -medium body, quite chewy and a touch cloying, soft carbonation. Maybe a touch too much lactose. I think this would have worked better as a refreshing slightly lighter fruity pale. Enjoyed it though.

440ml can direct from the brewery. Look - slightly hazy dark gold/light amber, small white head, average retention. Ok. Nose - juicy tropical and citrus aroma with orange, passionfruit and pineapple notes. Some malts and pine resin. Taste - crisp tropical fruits, then a citrus zesty tang and pine leading to a punchy bitterness but there is a sweetness throughout which offsets. Palate - medium body with minor chewiness but leaning towards the refreshing side for a 7.1%, soft carbonation. A well balanced juicy refreshing IPA with a warming ABV. I really like this.

440ml can from brewery BBE May-21 Look - hazy pale gold, very small head, minor retention. Aroma - big hit of lemon citrus, some mango, malts and grain. Taste - more mango in flavour with a citrus, stone fruit and resin then coming in. Needs more of a crisp finish as flavour sort of fades with a moderate bitterness. Still quite tasty though. Palate - just shy of medium bodied and a bit light for a 6.7% IPA. Nice soft carbonation though. Not a classic but still enjoyable. The newer batch of beers is a clear step up though which is promising.

440ml can. Hazy light gold, small white head, ok retention. Aroma of citrus, passionfruit, pine. Taste is semi-sweet malts, citrus, pine, floral, resinous and quite bitter, a touch astringent. Medium bodied, oily, and soft carbonation. Its an ok fairly session strength IPA.

440ml can. Hazy light gold, moderate sized fluffy white head, excellent retention. Aroma of citrus, apricot, orange, grains, flora, pine; quite a bit going on. With the taste its a little bit less complex at first with citrusy hops and grain at the forefront before the other fruity and floral notes hit, moderate bitter bite in the finish, light resin notes. Its good. Light and sessionable without being thin.

440ml can. Hazy pale gold, moderate sized foamy white head, good retention and lacing. A fresh orange citrus and tropical mango aroma with a cereal and grain background. Taste again has a lovely juicy citrus and tropical note with a hint of spice and pale malts and oats. Nice smooth body with a soft carbonation that works well, slight dryness. Excellent allrounder of a hazy IPA.
