In 2007 he returned to Colombia, where he wanted to share all his knowledge about the beer culture by founding a new and unique artisan brand: 3 Cordilleras.

In 2020 3 Cordilleras opens the doors to its second national brewery in Bogotá to continue conquering Colombians.

13/6/2020. Bottle thanks to my wife's work colleague. Pours very dark brown with a small bubbly off-white to beige head. Aroma of light roasted malt, milk chocolate, but, toffee, light coffee and lactose. Medium sweetness, light roasted bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily and watery texture, average carbonation. Lacked a bit of body, but quite ok.
