(473ml can from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours fairly hazy golden-orange with a thick dense white head and some lace. Notes of some sweet tropical-type fruit (pineapple, mango), tangerine, grapefruit, a fair amount of 'green' hop cone, grass and pine notes, with a malt structure that's a bit doughy, lightly sweet and a touch wort-like, finishing semi-dry with moderate citrus and pine resinous bitterness. Medium bodied, creamy carbonation. Not bad, works totally fine with Cambodian food but not punchy enough on its own with a slightly 'amateur' feel. Promise for the brewery if the rough edges are tidied though.
