(Bottle 75 cl) Clear, golden with no head whatsoever. Tart apple aroma. Medium-bodied, lightly acidic apple flavours on a sweetish base. Quite lovely really. 200506

(Kerstbier) Dark brown with quickly disappearing white head. The beer has a medium body and taste and smells of cinnamon. Citrus and oranges. It looks unattractive in the glass and too much cinnamon for my taste!

(On tap) Hazy amber golden with an off-white head. Sweetish caramel nose with loads of alcohol. Huge body with a shipload of caramel and and extremely warming alcohol before a hoppy finish. The quintessence of a British style winter sipping beer. 200506

(On tap) Slightly hazy pilsener golden with a small, white head. Hoppy, floral nose. Rather light-bodied with lightly malty notes before a distinct, floral hoppiness sets in. Definitely the most hoppy beer from Ørbæk so far. You really can sense, that they’ve got a new brewmaster. 200506

Bottled. Slightly hazy, golden beer with a white head. Weak aroma of sweet malt and honey. Sweet flavor as well, with honey and fruitiness. Some cellar-notes. Sweet, medium body. Ok, but too sweet all the way. (060430)

Bottled. Golden beer with an off-white head. Caramel-malty aroma with a light hoppiness. Sweet caramel-malty flavor with (american?) hops. Lightly fizzy, and a light bitter finish. Reminds me more of a bitter than a red ale. (060430)

brown color with white head. Heavy aroma from dark fruits and nuts , malts. Very malty and average spicy. The sweet finish works fine with the little bitterness! Great easter beer!
