500ml bottle at 7.5%. Pours dark brown with a medium head. Aroma is dusty caramel and raisin. Taste has raisin to start with raisin caramel on the finish. A little yeasty.

Opalescent dark reddish amber colour, moderate sized bright beige-ish head; aroma of dried cherry, plum jam, some raisins, biscuity and floral honey notes; taste has the same notes with some burnt sugary bittersweetness; really enjoyable

Il gusto al naso viene catturato dal luppolo. L'olfatto viene sollecitato in maniera elevata e la costanza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta, è persistente e voluminosa. La grandezza delle bollicine è grossolana. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. La carbonazione rientra nella media. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è pronunciato. L'intensità gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di pronta beva. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, biscotto e cereali.

Bottle is Matera, 8th April 18. Pours darkish for an IPA. Aroma is malt, some citrus. Taste is citrus, a little bitter, grapefruit. OK in the heat.

Hazy yellow color, with a medium white head. Aroma is hoppy, with some yeast notes. Taste is citrus, spicy, wheat. Not really a Kölsch, but refreshing and nice.
