Sample (thanks fonefan!). Deep golden colour with a small foamy white head. Aroma is honey, some biscuity tones with citrus, pineapple, mild honey and some slight tropical fruit juice. Flavour is fruity, floral, some biscuity and mild resiny bitterness with some toffeeish and mild wooden tones.

Bottle @ Home. Gusher, never stopped gushing from open bottle. Uncelar dark golden body inn glass under a huge, creamy tan head. Mild aroma, malt and nuts. Taste is slightly harsh with malt, hint of toffee and bitterness. Was expecting this to have some acidity from the infection, but that’s not the case for the moment. But there is a harsh, slightly unpleasent boitterenss that seems to be more pronouned after drinking more of this. A bit htin body with harsh aftertaste. It’s not totally undrinkable but far from a great beer. It seems to have certains quilities and it’s a shame something obvious vent wrong here. I think about half the bottle just disapeard throug gushing.
