Coconut, cloves, caramelized sugar, cherry wood, pecan, and black pepper. Sweet and sugary and nicely malty, with a light, nutty bitterness. Heavy body, grainy, and a little boozy. Balanced, complex, and barrel forward. Lovely.

Chicory, dark chocolate, walnut, harsh espresso, and light cinnamon. Not too sweet, with a mild, earthy bitterness. Heavy, sticky, and smooth. Aggressive and quality. Bitter and relatively dry, but not abrasive. Nice.

Hay, coriander, strong resin, chalk, and bergamot. Dry and malty, with a fairly bold, brisk bitterness. Light, sticky, and crisp. Pretty solid, if a bit overhopped for the style.
