Pours mostly clear light yellow with a because white head that laces well. Smells very of grainy malt and mild herbal hops. The flavor is of grainy, biscuity malt and hops that leads into a moderately bitter finish. Light bodied. Easy drinking. Fairly good.

Shared at the April 2025 PS tasting, 4/12/25. Near black, thin tan head, average retention. Aroma of roast, chocolate. Taste is roast, nuts, chocolate. Well balanced. New brewery! Brewery # 2574, USA # 1970, Indiana # 42. Someone in our group must have gone to Indiana end of March / early April. My last three new breweries are all in Indiana!

Banana, orange, clove, wheat malt, and straw aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with moderate white head. Moderately sweet banana, orange, clove, wheat malt, and mildly bitter straw/grass flavor. Good body.

Prune/raisin/cherry, caramel malt, and hay aroma. Dark brown with minimal head. Very sweet prune/raisin, caramel malt, and moderately bitter hay and alcohol flavor. Excellent body. Unbelievably smooth for the ABV. Extremely well made - spectacular!
