Interesting aromas of herbs, malty character and intensive bread presence, yeasty, a bit dry bitter-sweet finish. Easily drinkable, overall decent choice.

BOTTLE 50CL. Black with faint red highlights, frothy dark beige head. Aroma of malt with light roast notes. The taste is slightly sweet and roasted with a distinct spicy bitter finish. Generally, this dark lager is on the dry side. Not mind blowing, but pretty solid.

Bottle at the tropical Croydonia tasting. It pours darkest brown with a small beige head. The nose is toasty, bready, bitter-sweet, berry, candy, light jam and rocky road. The taste is toasty, bitter, malt-driven, earthy roast, roasted malt, caramel/toffee and some dried fruits with a short, dry finish. Medium body and average carbonation. Simple, yet well-rounded and rather drinkable. Decent.

Bottle.clear golden colour with large white head.Aroma is sweet and a bit metallic with flavor of grain and hops,feels a bit watery with short mild finish.

Bottle.hazy golden colour with medium of white head.Aroma is citrus and yeast even mild banana,lively mouth feels and slight sour finish ok german style wheat beer.

Bottle.almost black colour with medium beige head.Aroma is roasted and with taste of roasted malt and coffee,nice and well balanced with,nice well balanced mouth feels and smooth finish.

33cl bottle from Pivotéka U Modrého Lva, České Budějovice. Pours clear golden with a white head. Grainy aroma with sweet, fruity notes, hints of honey. Sweet and grainy with mild fruity flavours and a light bitterness. Not too bad, but nothing to write home about either.
