Clear golden coloured body with a very thin white head. Aroma of pale malt, some light hops and a lot of candy and sugar scents. Light-bodied; Sharp up front maltiness showing some bitterness with some fruit and sweet tastes following soon after. Aftertaste is mild, but showing a metallic twang near the end. Overall, a very good bohemian pils-definitely worth trying, even for people that enjoy ’larger’ beers. A great beer to try, and good to split it with good friend jon[r888710]. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Whole Foods in Tyson’s Corner, Virginia on 13-November-2004. Evidently this beer is available way out there in the Czech Republic and only at Whole Foods Markets here in the states.

Slightly hazy copper coloured body with a fast-dying white head. Aroma of very fresh coriander seed, wheat, curacao, bubble gum and some sweet fruits. Light-bodied; Super carbonated mouthful with little taste; Some malt and meaty flavours dominate the taste. Aftertaste shows some strong flavours, mostly malt-some sugars. Overall, a decent wheat-aroma is great, but the taste leaves you wanting more! I sampled this 50 cL bottle purchased at Whole Foods in Tyson’s Corner, Virginia on 18-September-2004.

Bottled. Cloludy dark brown. Lightly toffeeish, bigger in estery banana than you’d typically get in a dunkelweizen. Dryish with clean mouthfeel. A good dunkelweizen!

Bottle Frothy, white head. Yellow, sparkling body. Lightly hoppy aroma. Lively carbonation. Moderately bitter initial flavour and (long) finish.

Murky orange body, mostly lasting, white creamy-fizzy head. Fair lace. Flowers/Perfume aroma. Moderately sweet, ligthly bitter initial flavour. Lightly sweet, ligthly bitter (averagily long) finish. Light to medium body. Soft carbonation.

Light gold. Smokey phenols - I know I love smoke but I'm still amazed at how much I love a hint of these in a weizen. Light banana in the aroma turns to big, sweet banana in the palate.

Pale yellow beer with a plainly hopped flavour and aroma. A standard well hopped pilsner, disappointing.

Dark black beer, a mixture of a porter and a stout in appearance. A very roasted coffee bean aroma and flavour makes for a very biiter drink. Overall very good.

Flat, but strong ''stony'' or ''metallic'' taste!...........................

Full-bodied with a burnt, chewy, tar-like flavour...........................
