From tap at Il Santo Bevitore in Venice 12.08.21. Unclea pale peach colour. White head is quickly diminishing to nothing. Fine aroma and sour taste of peach, nectarins and lactic acid. Acid and astrinngent mouthfeel. Very quaffable.

33cl can from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours elegant brown, crisp, with no foam. Looks like a barley wine. Aroma is woody, malty, oxidated, orange peel, a little balsamic. Body is fairly dense, with average carbonation, a little sticky. Taste is medium sweet, slightly sour. Final is fairly long, elegant, though with maybe a little too much of an alcoholic note.

On tap at Il Santo Bevitore, Venezia. Cloudy golden with large white head. Fruity, lemon, tropical fruit, some sewage as well but those are just Venice canals. Lactic. Refreshing. Essy drinkable.
