Draught Medium, stable, just off-white head over hazy orangeish yellow beer. Other grains (mild), mild fruitesters (passion fruit, citrus, other exotics). Sweet-sour. More an APA than a saison. Alcohol is hidden. Faint grainy flavour. Slick, medium bodied, good carbonation. Good beer, but the name is a misnomer on more levels.

Tap at Malto, Riccione, Italy. Pours brown, partially transparent, with s nice head of white foam, medium grained. Aroma is malty and caramel, slightly spiced. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is delicately sweet. Final is average in intensity, with some sweetness.
