750ml bottle from Spar, Condado De Alhambra, Murcia. Pours a clear gold with brief fizz. Aroma of sweet apple juice with mild fruitiness. Taste is very sweet, slight syrupy note. It has a pleasant enough apple with light tannins and a crisp carbonation.

Very pale and transparent. Aroma and flavour have lots of sweet and floral apples. For a low alcohol product this is quite good.

Color amarillo pálido con espuma apenas existente. Aroma y sabor con notas a manzanas rojas, ligeramente dulce y con alta carbonatación.

75 cl bottle. Nose is apple, bit of skin, some vinegar, spice. Sweet apple flavor, bit of tartness, spicy, somewhat fake but in time the sidra-like vinegar tartness and funk gets going a little. Not a very complex one, but better than expected and considering the cheap price.

Bottle from a supermarket in Benasque. Aroma is moldy cellar, sweet apples. Taste is sweet apples, no funk, no tannins. Fizzy carbonation. Drinkable, but basically sweet apple juice, not much complexity there.

Pale gold, clear. Medium white head. Minimal lacing. Funky nose. Overripe apples. Yeast. Soursweet taste. A bit acetic, nice sweetish apples. A nice surprise.

Bottle from Carrefour. Quite simple, straightforward but tasty plain apple character. Moderately sweet and only very light balancing sour/tart complexity. Refreshimng drink.

clear yellow, small white head. aroma is leather blanket, dusty, sweet apple notes. Flavor is faint leather, sweet apple, still quite some dryness in the flavor and the palate. Does not taste sweetened, but the apples sure seem to be ripe to produce this kind of flavor. covered by the natural apple juice flavor is a hardcore dry wild yeasty fermentation something, that makes it all go down very well.

Sweetish-sour beginning. Nice fruity apples without being too deep. Fresh and easy to drink, hints of sourness, nice fresh and fruity, tart and nice round apples, but not too deep or intense. But nice and a better one.

Bottle 750ml. corked @ Assentoft tasting by Hansen - Zita. [ As Don Simon Sidra Extra ].ABV: 5.0%. Clear, sparkling, light to medium green - yellow color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good - fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sugary, apples, pineapple, canned fruit juice. Body is medium, texture watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141122]
