Draught at the brewpub. Deep ruby, faint head. Salty lingonberry caramel aroma. Chewy crystalized malt forms a well built boody. Medium sweet wth moderate alcohol warmth. Salty and fruity with some milk chocolate Toffeeish finish with low-medium bitterness. A nicely malty edgeless beer, but all the flavours doesn’t really blend together perfectly.

Draught at the brewpub. Really black, small beige head. Roasty tar with slight grapefruity in the nose. Dry, dense and somewhat spritzy with clean and rather hard mouthfeel. Licorice and tar dominates, but as it warms and the carbonation wears off a softer side with more chocolate shows up. Finishes with salty, resiny bitterness.

Bottled at the brewpub. Almost clear deep golden, small head. Concentrated aroma of ripe cloudberries. The marzipan and Belgian style yeast character from the base beer is almost completely replaced by cloudberries. The sweet elements of the berryquickly carries over into tartness and stone bitterness. Elegant and refreshing, citric with plenty of bitterness. Cloudberries must be the best fruit component to add to beer, thanks to it’s rich, complex flavour and relative tartness. When compared to Cantillon Soleil du Minuit, the only other cloudberry beer I’m aware of, they actually are comparable, although the lambic is tarter of course, and perhaps has more depth in the finish. I’m really impressed by this beer though. It is a complex, refreshing attention grabber!

Draught at the brewpub. Lightly hazy golden, small creamy head. Generous marzipan aroma. Fairly dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Lightly fruity with grain and marzipan covered in generous amounts of grassy, spicy hops that provides growing bitterness. Elegant and pleasant.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear brownish amber, small head. Aroma of cinnamon nd nutmeg. Mid-sweet and lightly fruity with clean, somewhat rounded mouthfeel. Above medium bodied. Caramel together with nutmeg and cinnamon, fairly low bitterness. With less clean malt it´d be more warming and pleasant.

Cask at the brewpub. Hazy ruby. Citric black currant aroma. Mid-sweet with clean rounded mouthfeel. Juicy and lemony, some lychee, pine needles and grapefruit. Low carbonation helps softening the mouthfeel. Juicy finish with slight bitterness. Though overly citric and with a malt profile that leaves work o do this is afresheninganjoyable cask ale.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear reddish brown small head. Salty black currant aroma. Mid-sweet with medium body and clean, hard mouthfeel. Light caramel rests under the resiny hops. Plenty of salt, some black currant. Long resiny bitterness. Too clean mouthfeel to be really good.
