ABV: 12.0%. Clear dark amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dried fruit, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, candy, sweet yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, fruity yeast, belgian yeast - abt yeast, candy, dried fruit, caramel. Flaska från SB. Klar rödbrun vätska med lågt beige skum. Kladdig vätska, stor kropp och koncentrerad smak. Russin, portvin, fat, dadlar, pekannötter, christmaspudding, söt men balanserad. Tankarna går till Struises brygder och då har är det riktigt bra. Utvecklad smak, fint smakdjup men kanske inte riktigt lika komplex. Men mycket gott

Can 33 cl. Extremely lively pour. Clear golden with a gigantic, white head with a good retention. Fresh, fruity nose with some grapefruity hints. Medium body, some initial fruitiness yet with a fairly dry finish with little bitterness. Not really very Belgian, but quite refreshing and good for a 3,5% beer. 090123
