Bouteille 33cl de Malt Attacks, BB 12/2019, lot# 20190227.2 Dorée, col blanc qui retombe très rapidement voire trop rapidement. Arôme offre un bouquet plaisant houblonné tirant sur les agrumes, et un léger rétro rappelant le fruit de la passion avec des pointes plus centrées sur les agrumes. Le côté 'sour' est plutôt discret. Palais IPA est bien présent, l'effet sour reste correct sans jamais devenir trop dominant, ici aussi je retrouve un effet fruit de la passion. Amarillo semble ajouté un peu d'acidité et amertume pour le côté citronné.

Tap at La Fine Mousse, 24th April 19. Pours clear and straw colour. Aroma is very aromatic, very hoppy perfume, nice, but not Pils. Taste follows, aromatic hop, citrus, perfume, it's a good IPL, and a nice beer, but not a Pils

Orange with a frothy white that lingers. Aroma of grapefruit and pine. A bit of mango. Quite assertive. Taste is bitter, full of resin on a soft, caramel base. A lemony tartness picks up near the end. Medium to full body with moderate carbonation. One of those hop bombs that gives me a headache if I drink too much. Okay.

Keg at Whippet Lab, Stockholm. Very dark brown, mid sized head. Aroma of aniseed and coffee. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Toasty with licorice and some caramel. Mid bitter finish.
