Description
Between 2011 and 2013, the adventure of the Brasseurs du Grand Paris was written on the 5th floor (no elevator) of a building in Levallois when Fabrice (a Breton who became Levalloisien) and Anthony (an American who became Parisian) met, both passionate about craft beers. Initially the Brasseurs du Grand Paris were nomadic brewers but in September 2016, we left our respective jobs and moved to St Denis to start setting up our brewery there. A 20 HL brewing room, 6 40 HL fermenters, 2 80HL fermenters, and an isobar packaging line to start our Dyonisian adventure. The first beer was brewed in St Denis in February 2017. Thus the Brasseurs du Grand Paris became the Brasserie du Grand Paris.

330ml bottle. Pours clear gold, medium foamy white head. Smoky nose with some sweetness from the malt. Good well-rounded smoky character, clean light body, with a welcome pilsner malt sweetness. Yeah this is decent, can't understand the average ratings.

33cl bottle from my Secret Santa VDuquerroux, thanks! A almost clear deep golden beer with a mid-sized good lasting off-white head. Aroma of intense hoppy citrus fruits, pine. Taste of bitter citrus hops, pine, some grapefruit, long bitter finish.

Bottle BBE 26.7.2017. Smell of fruit, some citrus and spruce. Amber colour, white head. Aroma of hops, earth, mango. Also a bit yeasty. Mostly bitter. Flat carbon, half viscous texture. Quite meh, could be fresher.

Mother Kelly's. Keg. 6.1% Hazy orange - gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Mild minerals. Thin semi sweet malts. Light floral orangey citrus and a little mango. Mild bitterness. Smooth semi dry finish. Tidy but lacks the punch of the really good stuff.

0.33 l bottle from La Cave à Bulles, Paris. Thanks, Višnja 666 for bringing this. Shared with her and Pilot Goran. Buttery, diacetyl striking through. Beer is fresh, didn't expect this. Ruined. I informed the brewery about this. Thanks for contacting me, don't count this rating.
