Beautiful red-amber color; small head. Despite the presence of Amarillo, Centennial, Columbus, Palisade, the aroma is just lightly resiny, fruity and very lightly citrusy. Semi-dark caramel and toffee flavor, the rye brings a more coarse and roasted touch; good bitterness, without excitement, besides some resins. Long final, toffeish. Not enough dynamic.

50 cL bottle, courtesy of joergen. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is distinct grapefruity and with a dry impression. Bitter, citrusy, peachy and solid grapefruity. Mild tangerine note from back of the tongue. Lasting mild citrus fruity impression. Sweet impression, yet rather dry finish.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma has strong notes spicy hops - definately NW hops. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of spicy hops, grass, and grapefruit peal, leading to a very bitter finish. Thanks joergen for sharing.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of joergen. Pours a cloudy amber with a smallish, rough white head. Amazingly intense and fat juicy hop aroma. Solid caramellish malt base, very fruity and - again - juicy. Astringent, leathery and fresh hops in the finish and solidly bitter. Easily compares with some of the best American IPAs, but rather a 1½ IPA than a Double IPA. 030410

Bottle. Pours dark orange with small white head. Fruity aroma with notes of blood orange and pineapple. The taste is hoppy at first, balanced with some dark malts with bread notes, The aftertaste is bitter in a watery way... I can’t really explain it in another way. The taste is somewhat short,

Bottled. Cloudy amber, rich firm head. Powerful hop aroma with mango and pineapple as main components. Fairly sweet with clean rounded malt building a solid foundation for the hops to feast on. Lots of citrus, mango and pineapple followed by a resiny massively bitter finish. Interesting and hugely flavourful, but comes across as a bit harsh, almost inky.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange with a white, thick medium head. Nice aroma of grapefruit, resin, citrus and grass. The taste was totally dominated by grape and the big bitterness. But I also felt some grass, resin and caramel. Very bitter finish. A solid Swedish IPA.
