50 cL bottle, courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is dry, spiced and pine hoppy fruity. Sweet, dry malty, cornish and roasted caramel malty. Bitter and dry citrusy. Dry pinewooden and peachy finish.

Colour is black, head is big and rocky. Aroma is coffee and chocolate with some sour hints. Well balanced roasted flavour with more coffee and chocolate, also some liquorice. Best beer from Slottskällan in a good while.

Provdatum: 2009-04-08 UTS; Bränt tegel, stabil krämig krona Doft: Brygg kaffe, bränd Smak: Bra beska, kaffe choklad, granny smith? Eftersmak: den tunga beskan hänger kvar lång tid Tycker att det är super att bryggerierna experimenterar fram öl till storhelgerna. Kära kollegor: det behöver inte vara så att det skall passa till påskmaten utan snarare passa till påskhögtiden dvs ledigheten kring påsk.

Bottle. Clear copper with a large tan head. Quite pleasant hoppy aroma with some pineapple and citrus. Also some bread, pepper and caramell. The taste was sweet with a sharp finish. Grass and grape, not as fruity as expected. Ok beer but a bit fuzzy.

Bottled. Clear brownish amber, fair sized head. Grapefruity nose where caramel comes through. Sweet and quite fruity, solidly malty with clean rounded mouthfeel. Resiny grapefruity hops creates a tension to the sweet caramelly bready malt. Strong resiny bitterness. Solid, but more resiny than aromatic and more harsh than drinkable

Bottle 500ml.Light unclear medium amber color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity, light roasted and chocolate, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100110]

Big yellowish brown head. Dark red barely translucent body with carbonation. Strong hop aroma of tropical fruit and citrus with dusty malty notes. Sweet-bitter roasty dusty malt taste combines well fruity citric hops and buttery alcoholic burnt notes. Full-bodied. Some alcohol heat in mouthfeel, as well as astringency. Perhaps a bit too astringent. Dry fruity roasty aftertaste with alcohol and rye notes. Intensely hopped, but nicely balanced with malts. The tropical fruit hop taste dominates the whole experience. Excellent and quite unusual. (0.5l bottle, Systembolaget, Charlottenberg.)
