Draft at Great Kiwi Beer Fest 2020. Backlog. An unclear golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, malt, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus fruits, petroleum, hops, spices, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

On tap at the Beer Jerk Bunker. Pours gold. Lychee, white wine, citrus, pineapple, bit of a salty savoury thing, bit of banana, some seaweed type things. Medium body. Interesting.

From bottle, Wild Stock. Pours orange brown. Red grape, cherry, biscuit, touch of fruity tartness, stewed raspberry, bit of barnyard, nice toffee malt stuff. Soft body, could take more bubbles. Good.

375ml bottle, 23 of 90. Pours murky pale yellow. Fresh ripe pineapple, tart passionfruit, really acidic, more pineapple, so much pineapple and not at all synthetic, touch of salt, long tart finish with plenty more pineapple. Lovely soft body. Really very good.
