Can to tulip.
Appearance: bright hazy yellow color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: mango, pineapple, citrus zest, subtle coconut, and some sugary tones - light tart, then subtle sour with a sly note of bitterness
Flavor: wraps up the prior noted aromas to a tart then sweet then sour and underscore of bitterness; finishes very pineapple tart forward with the coconut sweetness then a touch of citrus zest
Texture: medium bodied, leaning to being a sipper; light smoothness and a light tart to sour and bitterness clamping down on the tongue but once again those aromatic sugars and coconut sweetness seems to block any sort of big tart or sour or bitterness to fully take shape
Overall: I try not to use the word "complex" in a beer because I often think it's an over used word but seriously for this beer - holy crap, Batman! The word "complex" doesn't even come close to describing this beer.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: pink to amber color with a quarter finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated inward to leave a small cap which floated around and separated into oblivion as I continued to sip
Aroma: strawberries, blackberries and star fruit-like hoppy tones, subtle sweetness - sugary something? Hmmm...then some grapefruity tones all those fruits bring about a certain tartness
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fine tart to sweet quality while an undertone of bitterness from the hops slides in underneath; finishes with tart and sweet berries & grapefruity with a light bitterness
Texture: medium bodied? Yeah, I think so, maybe a touch over; leaning towards being a sipper; light smoothness and invasive bitterness and some sharp tart tones seem like they're about to take out my tongue but some sweetness from those noted sugars in the aroma balances it all out
Overall: now that my friends is a Sour IPA! Bam!

Can from Pasqually's: pours orangish red with a small head. Aroma is raspberry, lemon and hops. Taste is loads of fruitiness, tastes like a really good soda. Interesting, but/and barely beer.
