On tap at the brewery. Pours cloudy orange with a small off-white head, good lacing. Sage, dusty straw bales, citrus peel and lemon. Very good. This reminds me of bird & deer hunting on the cliffs of the Snake River in SE WA at Riley's Ranch. I don't think I've had a beer before that's transported me to the past like this has. Wow!

16oz can pours out dark brown almost black topped with a ring of a tan head. Nose is sweet chocolate roast malts vanilla. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate roast caramel kick bourbon barrel.

A can much later than I should be cracking one. Nose is coconut and chocolate. Tastes the same somewhat artificial. Also wood, vanilla, bourbon. Smooth.
