Aroma is fresh greens with some grains and buckwheat. Taste is slightly sour fresh lime with good light malty base. Not so exciting. Quite light. Not bad though.

Dark brown. Aroma is coffee filter dried leaves a bit earthy faint cocoa. Taste is good coffee roast with a hint of sour lacto (?) and dry papery base. Good body and dry finish. Very irish.

Darkest brown. Aroma is strawberry cream some chocolate with straciatella. Taste is sweet chocolate with strawberry and some sweet chocolate. Easy drinkable yet very pleasing. Good body. I like.

My bad: I wrote down that it's 4.7 abv, 17 IBU on the chalk board at the source. Current abv/IBU is from the website. Hazy amber. Aroma is a hint of apple with some grainy malty base some floral hops citrus. Taste is a bit strange sour malt with not much of a body. Not exciting.
