From Øx, Trondheim, 19.06.25, – before travelling to Framtidsfredag in Steinkjer tomorrow morning. Dark ruby. Fine aroma and acid taste of pure brett and sour cherries. Dry, astringent and acid mouthfeel. Good, but perhaps not as complex as a Belgian Kriek from obenpf the old breweriew would be.

On tap at the brewpub. An unclear reddish brown beer with a small dense, beige head. Some lacing. Dried fruit, some vinegar and lemon in the aroma. A faint roasted malt hint too, and a touch of cured meat. It's dry and medium bodied, with a nice carbonation level. Lightly acidic, with some vinegar and lemon flavors. Some generic citrus too, along with cured meat and roasted malt notes. Mostly dried fruit though. Lasting finish. A quite decent one. 240802

On tap at the brewpub. An orange-golden colored beer with a dense, white head leaving lacing. The aroma has banana, wheat and some cloves and lemon, with a sourish touch as usual for a weissbier. It's full to medium bodied and nicely carbonated, semi-sweet, with a decent bitterness. Wheat, banana, cloves and lemon in the flavor too, with a medium length finish. A decent weissbier. 240802
