On tap @ Kick. Cloudy pale golden body with a small white head. Nice aroma of wheat, spicy yeast, lemon, mild acidity and mild fruit. Not particular strong in aroma, it’s feels so correct and delicious for the flavor to follow. The aroma leaves room for high expectations, and the flavor delivers. Mild acidic fruity, light malt, lemon, salt, spices – everything so perfectly balanced, super frefreshing, noting overdone and nothing is missing. Balanced body as well with a nice, lasting aftertaste. Probably the best Gose I have tasted so far. This one takes the old man’s Original Ritterguts or Goslarer Gose to the next level, a modern classic.

On tap @ Kick. Unclear deep golden body with a big, nice big off-white head. Strong fruity aroma with citric and grapefruit. Some malt and Slightly acidic but not really Brett in aroma. Flavor is just fantastic fruity like fruity hops, not beer with fruit. Citric, tropical and lovely slightly sour grapefruit, there is also a decent malt base here, but the fruit is really dominating. Nice bitterness and well balanced in body and basically everything. Nice, long lasting fruity bitter aftertaste. Very refreshing and solid made IPA.

Sampled from tap @ Kristiansand ølfestival 2015. No ratings on this, where’s the Kristiansand tickers?? Have to admit I didn’t make any proper notes, just a few key words I have to compile into a rating. Unclear orange with a decent off-white head. Aroma is both malty and fruity, tropical fruit, grapefruit also a bit spicy. Flavor has a nice, well balanced malt base, hint of caramel, citric and tropical fruit (mostly tropical), some grapefruit sourness, spices, spicy yeast and balanced bitterness. Fine balanced body and good, long lasting aftertaste. I don’t really get the Belgium part here, might be the yeast and bitterness level? All in all a refreshing and very tasty beer with a perfect balance between malt, fruit and bitterness.

20cl on tap at Grünerløkka mat- of mikrobryggfestival. Slightly hazy deep golden to orange with an off-white head. Deliciously fruity aroma, tropical fruits, light citrus, some slightly earthy and funky notes, hints of berries and malt. Moderate to medium sweet with lovely fruity flavours and a nice bitterness. Surprisingly balanced and sessionable. Delicious!

Bottle, batch 13. Pours hazy dark golden, with an enormous creamy head. Aroma is hoppy with tropical notes of mango, apricots and pineapples, citrusy orange and grapefruit peel, as well as roasted malts in the back. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is bitter hops with pine, orange peel and grapefruit, as well as sweetly roasted malts with bread and toffee. A somewhat sweet finish, but with a lingering hoppy bitterness without metallic notes. Really well balanced considering the ABV, and definitely one of the better session IPA’s around.
